Single pole double throw switch allows this standard light bulb to be inserted in series with the outlet. This effectively browns out whatever is connected to the outlet.....say.....for example.....the extension cord your neighbor is using to steal electricity from you. Stay tuned.

Low Current CS
This video is a Q&D video showing my setup for controlled current. It doesn't show much other than my programmable current controller, power supply and my DPDT Switch for polarity swapping.
